First time ordering from a ghost kitchen and this place did not disappoint! The take out kitchen is located in an industrial area in Santa Ana. The ordering and pick up process was super easy and efficient. We ordered the giant salmon nigiri, the giant seared salmon nigiri, the blue crab maki box with tuna and yellowtail nigiri, and the south coast roll. Everything was fresh, delicious, and melted in our mouths like BUTTAHHH.

Honestly if you’re near Costa Mesa or anywhere in OC and want fresh sushi without breaking the bank, just try Nehmo. Best value sushi I’ve found in the area. For me it hits that sweet spot of best quality at affordable price which is rare - the fish speaks for itself. Will 100% be back.

Nehmo Bento & Sushi is a hidden gem for salmon lovers! I came specifically for the Giant Salmon Nigiri and Giant Seared Salmon Nigiri, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. The portions were huge, with thick, buttery slices of salmon that tasted incredibly fresh and high quality.

What is a ghost kitchen?

Nehmo operates out of a delivery-and-pickup-only kitchen inside South Coast Takeout. There's no dining room, but the food is made fresh to order, just like any restaurant kitchen.

How does pickup work?

Order online or through the kiosk on-site. When your food is ready, you'll get a text with a link to open your designated locker. Grab your order and go.

Delivery orders are delivered to the address you designate.

Do I need to order ahead?

There's no need to order ahead, but do please account for the time it takes for us to prepare your order and transit time if you are ordering delivery.
